Our prairie hunts are designed primarily to harvest ducks. However, we also offer our guests a package called a Texas Waterfowl Combo Hunt. This hunt is unique in that you will have the potential to harvest both ducks and geese in a morning's hunt! This is a duck hunt first and a goose hunt second. For this hunt we set out both a duck spread and a small goose spread.

Avian Skies Prairie Duck Hunt
An Avian Skies Prairie Duck Hunt or Avian Skies Combo Hunt includes a fully guided morning hunt on private land out of a well-manicured blind, all decoys and equipment necessary, and an ATV ride to and from the blind.
We require 6 to have a private blind. We often take individual hunters and groups with less than 6. For groups of less than 6 they are combined with other hunters.
Price: $250.00 per person, regardless of age, hunting.
Gratuity: Recommended 20% of total cost of hunt.
Not Included: Bird cleaning, lodging, proper licenses, gun, ammo, and personal effects. ***Please note that rubber boots are required unless otherwise notified.

All of our waterfowl hunts are based out of Port Lavaca and Edna, Tx. It is HIGHLY encouraged that you stay at the lodging facility that we reccomend. We have lodging discounts available to all our guests that stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Port Lavaca and the Jackson Inn in Edna. We will contact you the evening before your hunt starts to notify you of final meeting and leaving times and location for your hunt. The morning of your hunt, after we meet, you will follow us in your own vehicle to the field where we will be hunting. From that point we will conduct your hunt.
Please make sure that everyone has cammo pants, long sleeve cammo shirt (cammo jacket too if necessary), cammo cap, cammo face mask, and rubber boots or waders. Remember, ducks and geese see color. Blue jeans, bare faces, and blaze orange are a "no no". Waders or Rubber Boots are a must have. We are hunting Waterfowl and Waterfowl require Water.
***Please note that we do book groups of less than 6 with the understanding that you will be hunting with others. Mixed group reservations are only made over the phone.

Avian Skies Bay Duck Hunt
An Avian Skies Bay Duck Hunt includes a fully guided evening duck hunt in and around the flats and marshes of Matagorda and Espiritu Santo Bays. We provide a fully licensed US Coast Guard Captain navigating the boat ride into the marsh, fully guided hunt, blinds, all decoys and equipment necessary.
We require 6 to have a private blind. We often take individual hunters and groups with less than 6. For groups of less than 6 they are combined with other hunters.
Price: $225.00 per person, regardless of age, hunting.
Gratuity: Recommended 20% of total cost of hunt.
Not Included: Bird cleaning, lodging, post hunt meal, proper licenses, gun, ammo, and personal effects. ***Please note that waders are required unless otherwise notified.
